We are your eyes on site while you are away. For owners who live elsewhere in France or abroad, we provide ongoing care for your home, on a monthly subscription with no minimum term, from €214.80 incl. VAT. We speak English.
Enjoy your boat without the hassle. We take care of letting it and welcoming renters in the harbour of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie; maintenance remains the owner's responsibility.

Regulations
Registration number, tax treatment of furnished holiday lets, energy performance (DPE), local council and co-ownership rules: we keep track of these changes for you. With our holiday rental management, we handle the registration of your holiday let. This service is included, provided the management agreement is signed and La Conciergerie de Vendée receives all the documents needed for registration:
The declaration remains in the owner's name, and the owner guarantees the accuracy of the information provided. Indicative list, which may change depending on the local council and the national online service.
