For owners who live far away
Do you live elsewhere in France or abroad, and your house in Vendée stays empty for much of the year? This service was designed precisely for you.
We visit your home regularly, check that everything is in order and keep you informed. If anything is wrong, we let you know straight away and, with your approval, bring in the right tradespeople.
Whether or not you let your property, year-round care gives you peace of mind. We speak English, and British and international owners are very welcome.

We call round regularly and keep you informed about your home.

Yes. Year-round care is a service in its own right, whether or not your property is let.
It is a monthly subscription: the Essential plan (1 visit a month) at €214.80 incl. VAT (€179 excl. VAT), or the Comfort plan (2 visits a month) at €346.80 incl. VAT (€289 excl. VAT). No hidden costs, and the first assessment visit is free.
No. The subscription has no minimum term. You can cancel by recorded-delivery letter, and cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date.
We come round whenever you ask. Beyond the number of visits included in your plan, each visit is charged at a flat rate based on the time spent on site.
We let you know immediately. With your approval, we bring in a tradesperson and follow the work through to completion.
A house left empty for months is more exposed to break-ins and illegal occupation. Regular visits are a deterrent, and mean we can react very quickly if anything has changed.
